These terms cover your use of Onemor, an educational tool provided by Wired Free (United Kingdom). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions: enquiries@onemor.app.
What Onemor is
Onemor rates how much a packaged food has been engineered to be easy to overeat, and explains the techniques used on it. It is an information and education tool. The scores and explanations are estimates based on published research and the data available for a product; they are directional, not exact.
Not medical or dietary advice
Onemor does not provide medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and nothing in it is a diagnosis or a recommendation for any individual. Do not rely on it to make health decisions. If your eating feels out of your control, or you have a medical condition, please speak to a qualified clinician.
Accuracy and availability
Product information comes from Open Food Facts and may be incomplete or out of date, and reading a photographed label can occasionally misread a value. Onemor is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will always be accurate, available or error-free.
Acceptable use
Please use Onemor as intended. You must not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, access it through automated means or scraping, or attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the scoring method. We may limit or withdraw access to protect the service.
Our rights
Onemor™, the Onemor Score™ and the underlying method are owned by Wired Free. Using the app does not give you any right to copy, resell or reproduce the app or its scoring beyond normal personal use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wired Free is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, Onemor. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update these terms as the app develops; the date above shows when they last changed.
